Two Creeks is a boutique real estate development and investment firm based out of Richmond, Virginia.  We are active in both Richmond and the Bay area of California.

Our focus is adding value to properties located in areas primed for a long-term tailwind of economic improvement.  This includes ground-up development, repurposing buildings, and renovation of projects in need of a refresh.

We are mindful of extending value beyond our properties and into the communities they inhabit.  Our approach with each project is unique and individual. We do not believe “one size” fits all when creating homes and workspaces. Rather, we are flexible and opportunistic while maintaining a long time vision for investment and decision-making.​

Our name is inspired by the Two Creeks ski trails near Aspen, Colorado.  This special corner of the earth is a pillar in our family’s legacy and has been a source of adventure and joy over the years. 

Two Creeks also references the bicoastal roots of our company’s history.
